😑What can I use to STICK to the pole and not to slide so much?

Check out our full blog post below or a very short version on Instagram.
We get this question a lot, but there’s no one-size-fits-all answer!
Grip depends on many factors, but after nearly 15 years of experience, we've put together a starter grip aid kit that helps most students.
🧰 Grip Aid Kit Checklist
1️⃣ ✔️ Towel for hands & body
Sweating is normal! Drying your hands helps maintain grip.
2️⃣ ✔️ Small towel for the pole
Residue from sweat & grip aids can reduce skin contact—wipe regularly!
3️⃣ ✔️ Vodka spray bottle (yes, really! 😁)
Vodka removes sweat & grip residue without drying out skin or leaving a greasy film. (DO NOT drink it! 🚫🍸)
4️⃣ ✔️ Hand grip pad
The Lupit** grip pad works for most—tap the pink side on your hands & black on the pole for a secure, non-sticky grip. Avoid weightlifting chalk—it can damage the pole!
5️⃣ ✔️ iTac2 wax **
For extra grip (e.g., knees, elbows, hips), a small amount helps. If too sticky, wash or wipe hands with vodka & reapply.
6️⃣ ✔️ Water bottle
Stay hydrated—your body will thank you! ❣️
