💪😎 STRONGER GRIP = SMOOTHER MOVES

If you are struggling with the handgrip on the pole, here are some tips to help with that:
🔹 Warm up your hands
Cold hands = weak grip! 🥶Rub them together or do light wrist exercises before starting.
🔹 Warm up the pole surface
Alike to cold hands, cold pole surface doesn't help with the grip. Do a portion of the warm using the pole which will help to balance the temperature of the surface.
🔹 Strengthen your grip
Add grip exercises like dead hangs, squeezing a stress ball, or using grip trainers. It is not just about skin contact with the pole.😉
🔹 Use dry hands or grip aids (if needed)
If you struggle with sweaty palms, try liquid chalk, grip-enhancing lotions, or powder.
🔹 Clean your pole surface regularly
It is important to keep the pole surface clean to prevent grip aid product and sweat build up. A towel with sprayed with a special cleaning solution or even such simple thing as vodka (diluted alcohol) should do the job.
🔹 Focus on forearm strength
Stronger forearms = stronger grip! 🔥 Try wrist curls, reverse curls, and towel hangs.
🔹 Engage your whole body
Don’t just rely on your hands—activate your core and legs to take pressure off your grip. Follow the instructions on the element technique, as at times lack of grip just means excessive pressure on the wrists where it shouldn't be.
🔹 Practice, Practice, Practice!
The more time on the pole, the better your hands adapt. Be patient and keep going! 🥰
